About SMS reminders

With the help of E-mail to SMS service by some SMS providers, Jingle provides the function of SMS reminder for its users. Jingle, however, is not responsible for possible problems arise in SMS transmission (including the loss, delay, etc. in sending SMS messages).

Following conditions must be satisfied if you want to successfully send messages or e-mails in Jingle:

1. Your computer has been successfully connected to the Internet.

2. If you connect to the Internet via proxy, the proxy must be configured properly.

3. The firewall (include some anti-virus software or network firewall) on your computer must allow Jingle to send e-mails.

4. Your email settings must be correct, and the mail server you configured should work properly.

5. The mail server must support POP3/SMTP protocol.

6. The í░E-mail to SMSí▒ service provided by the SMS provider must work properly.
